Wet n Wild is a new brand name for me, curious me was trying to gather my knowledge about this brand. Saw many reviews done by beauty gurus and got to know that it is not that new, as I was thinking off. After reading handful of reviews, I ordered photo focus foundation of this brand.

Packaging: This foundation comes in a heavy glass bottle with an attached large paddle applicator. I admit the paddle applicator was the part (reason) which forced me to buy this bottle. This paddle applicator is a unique thing about this product as generally a liquid foundation come in glass bottle that you have to tip in order to access the contents. The paddle makes for a mess-free way to get the foundation out of the bottle. I am really excited about the packaging 🙂
My opinion about the product: I picked this up in nude ivory which fits my skin perfectly. If you have a fair skin tone like me then Ivory shade is perfect because I kind of warm it up with the bronzer. It has a light, fluid texture that absorbs easily into skin. It blends like a pure dream on my dry skin. The satiny matte finish did not adhere to my drier skin and it looked flawless and natural. Interesting part is it blends easily with a brush. You can build up the coverage with a beauty blender too. Light-weighted and comfortable on the skin, doesn’t look patchy. It is great for any skin type, dry or oily.
The formula has a slightly slippery texture which could be due to the presence of dimethicones. But need not to panic, it didn’t create an shine or oiliness and it sets to a satiny matte that can be wearable for a solid 6 to 7 hours before showing very minor signs of wear. Icing on the cake is that this foundation doesn’t oxidise. The product says that it is for great photos but I guess I look the same. Ha ha. May be we are never satisfied with our looks 🙂

It gives medium to full coverage, gives a very flawless look. If you want an everyday look, mix it with your moisturizer and apply- that way it will give a more natural look. Overall it’s a very nice product.
