I’ve previously shared my thoughts on the Aqualogica Illuminate+ Lush Strobe Cream with Wild Berries and Alpha Arbutin (Golden Glow) on my blog. The impressive results led me to explore another variant of this product—the Pink Glow with Watermelon & Niacinamide. While my overall opinion remains consistent between the two variants, I’m excited to delve into the specific features and experiences with the Aqualogica Illuminate+ Lush Strobe Cream with Watermelon & Niacinamide (Pink Glow). If you’ve already perused my earlier blog, feel free to skip this review. However, for those curious about the nuances of the Watermelon & Niacinamide variant, read on for a detailed exploration.
About the product: Experience a revolutionary Strobe Cream that provides immediate luminosity to your skin. Whether you choose to apply it as your everyday facial moisturizer for an all-encompassing radiant effect, blend it seamlessly with your foundation or blush, or simply dab it onto the prominent areas of your face, achieving a dazzling, diamond-like glow has never been this effortless.
Price: ₹ 599
Quantity: 30 gm
Shelf life: 24 months
How to use it:
1. Take a pea size of the product.
2. Use as a moisturiser, blend with your foundation or bb cream or dab on high points of your face.
Packaging: The cream comes in an elegant pink squeeze tube adorned with a sea green screw cap. The Pink Glow packaging surpasses its Golden Glow counterpart in terms of color coordination. The fonts are impeccably clear, and the addition of silver fonts imparts a touch of sophistication to the overall appearance. The cardboard box mirrors the same color combination, and all essential details are neatly printed on it 🙂 There are no complaints about the packaging of this product.
My opinion about the product: When you squeeze this cream, it appears white in color, but upon contact with your skin, a noticeable pinkish tint becomes visible. This effect aligns with the product’s claim of providing a pink glow. The cream boasts a luxurious texture that effortlessly melds with your skin, akin to the smoothness of butter. It can be seamlessly incorporated into your makeup routine, whether used in conjunction with foundation, BB cream, or a regular moisturizer.
This product serves as an effective moisturizer on its own, leaving your skin feeling adequately hydrated, eliminating the need for a separate moisturizer. However, it may not offer sufficient hydration during the winter months, especially for those with dry skin.
Definitely a must have product in your vanity for that instant glow without putting much products on your skin However if I have to choose any one out of these two, I will prefer Aqualogica Illuminate+ Lush Strobe Cream with Wild Berries and Alpha Arbutin (Golden Glow). I feel it gives better results as compare to the pink glow variant.
