Last year brand Urban Decay launched The new Urban Decay Sparkle Out Loud Collection for Summer 2019 featuring new Sparkle Out Loud Heavy Metal Glitter Gel and Sparkle Out Loud 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil and a slew of other sparkly options. There are total 4 shades in Sparkle Out Loud 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil range; Electric Empire, Roxy, Viper & Wild Side. These shades are really vibrant & apt for summers.

Direction of use: Gently swipe the tip as close to your lash line as possible.
Packaging: There is nothing exciting about the packaging of this eye pencil. There are many brand’s eye pencil available in more than half price but still have impressive packaging. Overall packaging is simple and fuss-free. It’s also kind of cute how they are colored according to the colour they contain in the tube too.
My opinion about the product: In this range there are four eye liners with hyper-reflective and holographic glitter with a creamy, waterproof formula and glittery metallic finish. The shades are:
Electric Empire (metallic green with glitter)
Roxy (metallic bright blue with glitter)
Viper (metallic purple with glitter)
Wild Side (metallic copper-pink shift with glitter)
Each eye liner/eye pencil is highly pigmented, only one swipe will give you such an opaque and vibrant application. This is the reason that tiny amount goes a long way, making your pencils last longer. The texture is smooth and creamy. Name itself suggest, it glides on the eyelids smoothly. You can use it as a base for eye shadows or blend them in all over the eyelids to create different eye looks. he staying power of this pencil is simply unbelievable. Brand says 24/7 & it does complete justice to it. I never wore this liner for 24 hours, maximum it was for 12-14 hours 🙂

This is a fun eyeliner I wouldn’t use that often but on a special occasion, I definitely would. Because I wouldn’t use it that often, I don’t know if I’d recommend 100% for an everyday eyeliner.
