Direction of use: Use the inner brushes of the wand to add volume to the eyelashes and separate every lash. The outer bristles can be used to fan out the lashes and create a fuller looking eye look.
Packaging: The bottle comes packed in a cardboard. The bottle itself is shaped such that it is very convenient to hold and use. The applicator wand is shaped uniquely, which gives this mascara its utility.
My opinion about the product: The mascara is available in two variants – washable and water proof black. The rose gold bottle of the mascara has a unique wand shape and is different from all the other variants offered by the brand. It has a slight curve to it and the inner side of the wand has very short strands on it while the outer side has long and thick strands on it.
The mascara has the same semi liquid consistency like any other Maybelline mascara and is very light weight. You will not feel any lumps on your eyes as long as you do not allow the layers to dry in between application. While the washable variant of the mascara can be removed easily, the waterproof one is a tad bit too difficult to remove, which is also good since it gives you long lasting and durable results.
The best part about this mascara is that you can also cover your roots with the inner side of the wand. Also, the strands on the wand make it possible to separate each and every lash. Lashes tend to appear longer, thicker and almost like falsies, if done right. It gives the perfect curve to the lashes. You should definitely go for this one once.
