You may laugh but the reality is that about this Jeera drink I came to know from my house helper. She was telling me that how Deepika Didi (another house where she works) lost a lot of weight just by having this drink. I immediately called her to know the reality & she confirmed me the same. फिर क्या था, weight loss के नाम पर कुछ भी चलेगा 😉 I will be sharing this drink recipe but before that let’s discuss the benefits of this drink 🙂

You will need:
- Water- 1 Cup
- Cumin Seeds- 1 tsp
Step by step process:
- Soak one teaspoon of cumin seeds overnight in a cup of water.
- In the morning with the help of strainer separate out the jeera from the water.
- Now drink the water empty stomach.
- Do it regularly for 15 days & you will see the visible effects.
With this I lost around 1 Kg in 15 days but after that it got stagnant which means for long term effect you need to have healthy lifestyle. So you need to work of your eating style and you have to exercise regularly 🙂
Remember one thing you should not take this drink if you have any medical condition, you are pregnant or breast feeding your baby, if you have heart burn issue & if you have any kind of skin allergy.
