In this post I will be reviewing Garnier Ultra Doux Lip Balm. Now you must be like इतनी गर्मी में लिप बाम कौन लगता है! I am among those who have a pair of lips which always remain dry & chapped. I keep on trying new ways to get the solution and buying tons of lip balm is one of them. Currently I am using Garnier Ultra Doux Lip Balm.

How to apply it: Place the tip of the container against your bottom lip and apply a thin, even layer of the balm, then repeat for your top lip.
Packaging: This lip balm has a thin oval shape that I actually really like as you can moisturize the inner corners of your lips without getting lots of lip balm over your skin. There is one thing about the packaging of this balm that I don’t like though. Because of the oval shape the twist up system isn’t the same and it isn’t as easy as round lip balms to twist up, although this isn’t a major negative element.
My opinion about the product:
Fragrance: Ask me how it smells and I will keep talking for the rest of the life. It has refreshing fragrance which vanishes away in no time, honestly I didn’t like this. I was expecting it to be lingering around at least for 30 minutes but it didn’t. But that’s fine, I can reopen the product and sniff it.
Formula: I feel it is one of the best formulas for a lip balm as it glides on easily on the lips providing a smooth buttery finish. I can’t restrict from reapplying it now and then only to experience the soft finish. It is not like other waxy lip balms which provides a thick layer of coating on your lips.
Longevity: It stays for at least 3 hours and I don’t think it will fare more than that. If you have extremely dry lips then I don’t think this is the right choice. I personally prefer using it before going to bed as part of my night care routine or before applying matte lipsticks since it feels smooth and keeps me hydrated for some time.
Overall it is a decent non tinted lip balm. You can also wear it under your lipstick especially in winters. It works for lips for at least 3 hours which is really good. After that you need to reapply.
