You will find a ton of reviews of Elle-18 lipsticks on my blog. Reason is that I am crazy for this brand’s lipstick, they offer really decent lipsticks. You will hardly find any branded lipstick(s) in the budget of 100 Rs apart from Elle-18. In this post I am reviewing Elle-18 Color Burst Lipstick (Mystery Mauve).

Packaging: There is bit improvement in shape of the lipstick tube. It comes in a sleek black casing with a girl in pink printed over it. The sticker of white color at the bottom displays the shade number and name. This small size cutie easily slips in my purse or clutch. Overall packaging is super cute and sturdy enough.
My opinion about the product: It is a pretty shade of mauve and is a blue based lipstick. This lipstick has a creamy texture and glides smoothly on the lips. It has a lip balm in the center of the lipstick which makes it moisturizing. With cocoa butter it gives a glossy effect like you have a balm.
This shade is decently pigmented so 2 or 3 swipes are required to get the desired result. If I have to comment about it’s staying power then I will say it is not that much impressive. One needs to do touch up frequently, especially post meals.
What I like about this product…
1. Soft and smooth texture. 2. Bold colors. 3. Glides smoothly on lips. 4. Economical. 5. Very moisturizing. 6. Super cute and travel friendly packaging.
What I don’t like about this product…
1. Low staying power. 2. Very difficult to find in local market. Especially if you are looking for specific shade.
