Few days back I won a hamper of skin care products from a parenting group. This hamper included around 10 products and Dot & Key Watermelon Gel Face Wash is one of them. Basically it was a gift for me and I didn’t paid for it. The amount mentioned in the blog is as per the MRP printed over the tube of this face gel. You can surely get it at lesser price on various online shops or platforms. So in this post I will be spotting light on this product.

Packaging: This gel face wash comes in a sleek and sturdy plastic tube with a flip-top cap. This squeezable tube is baby pink in color and has a white flip top cap. The tube’s compact size makes it travel-friendly, allowing you to incorporate it seamlessly into your skincare routine on the go. The flip-top cap ensures easy and controlled dispensing of the product, preventing any unnecessary wastage. Overall, the packaging is well-designed, practical, and visually appealing.
My opinion about the product: This face wash has a gel consistency that has a baby pink tinge. It has a pleasant fragrance of watermelon coupled with cucumber that is very faint and non bothering. The texture of the face wash is a bit runny. The formulation lathers up nicely and effectively removes dirt, impurities, and excess oil without leaving the skin feeling tight or dry. Inspite being vitamin C based product it is generally well-tolerated by different skin types, including normal, oily, combination, and sensitive skin. I have a sensitive skin and didn’t face any irritation or burning sensation 🙂 The addition of Vitamin C helps to even out the skin tone, leaving it looking more radiant and youthful with regular use.
While the gel formulation is hydrating for my combination skin, but people with very dry skin may find it slightly lacking in moisturizing properties. Follow up with a suitable moisturizer for optimal hydration. Rest it doesn’t imbibe your skin moisture. Along with this finding this product is a really difficult task. I have never seen their products in the local shop and super market near my place. Might be possible that this brand’s products are available is super market or stores of Metro cities but definitely not in my city. Overall it is a decent face wash but there is nothing much exciting about it 🙂
