In this post I will be reviewing Bourjois Paris Healthy Mix powder. According to brand it is anti-fatigue powder that provides an even-toned, matte complexion while revealing skin radiance. It is available in 4 different shades; 01 Vanilla, 02 Light Beige, 03 Dark Beige, 04 Light Bronze. Being girl with fair complexion, I picked Vanilla shade for myself.

Direction of use:
1. Apply the powder starting from the cheeks, the forehead, and around the nose. 2. Blend outwards and upwards for an impeccable finish.

Packaging: Although it comes with a lovely mirror and sponge the three part flip container is fiddly and flipping between powder and mirror a pain. The hinge also breaks easily meaning the lid will fall off and the powder breaks all over your bag. So a bit disappointed with the packaging.
My opinion about the product: I really struggle with powders, they always come off on my skin as too orangey or too pinky. This powder has perfect yellow or neutral undertones that blend perfectly with my skin. The powder is super silky, soft and smooth with a semi-matte finish. It glides smoothly without dragging or pulling any face product off my skin. The powder is finely milled and it doesn’t accentuate any dry patches or settle into fine lines. It blends flawlessly without sticking to drier areas which means it will likely do well with larger pores as well. The pores around on my nose are completely invisible once I applied. I set the powder in my T-zone area and under eye area and immediately noticed that it has a silky finish.
Coverage is sheer so it is a companion piece to a foundation of your choice and not necessarily meant to be worn alone unless you’re looking for something that evens out skin tone, brightens, but doesn’t necessarily conceal issues a more pigmented foundation would. It makes a beautiful way to get sheerer coverage that evens out skin tone, brightens, and looks all kinds of natural with a makeup-free finish. However, those seeking heavier coverage may find it disappointing. I wouldn’t say it provides a 10 hour matte finish though, as for me, my skin tends to get a bit oily throughout the day and so I find it is best to carry it with me for any touch-ups I might need.
