Hey everyone!
As many of you know, postpartum hair fall can be a real struggle. After giving birth, I started noticing more hair on my brush and less on my head—ugh! So, I’ve been on the hunt for something to help control the shedding and boost hair growth.
Enter Dr. Seth’s Rosemary & Redensyl Hair Serum-in-Oil. With ingredients like rosemary (known for stimulating hair growth) and Redensyl (a powerhouse for reducing hair fall), I was excited to see if this product could make a difference. In this post, I’ll be sharing my experience after using it for a few weeks, and whether it’s been a game changer in my postpartum hair journey!
About the product: Dr. Sheth’s Rosemary & Redensyl Hair Serum-in-Oil is a specialized hair growth formula designed to promote hair growth and reduce hair loss while enhancing hair density. Featuring a powerful 20% concentration of active ingredients like Redensyl, Anagain, Caffeine, and Peptides, this lightweight, non-greasy oil-serum revitalizes hair follicles to stimulate growth. Its regenerative properties help combat hair thinning by extending the hair’s life cycle. Natural ingredients such as Curry Leaves, Methi, Bhringraj, and Hibiscus work as anti-hair loss agents, activating stem cells for healthier hair growth. Additionally, antioxidant-rich Rosemary Oil nourishes the scalp and improves blood circulation, resulting in stronger roots and thicker hair.

How to use it: Apply a few drops on clean, dry scalp using the dropper provided and massage thoroughly. Do not rinse & leave it overnight. With regular usage, expect reduction in hair fall in 4 to 6 weeks.
Packaging: The hair serum comes in a plastic container with a dropper, which functions flawlessly. The bottle is securely packaged in a cardboard box that includes all the necessary information printed on it. The packaging features a white and purple color scheme with black fonts. It’s designed brilliantly to prevent spillage and waste.
Though the serum contains various oils, it has a lightweight texture that’s easy to apply and massage into the hair.
My opinion about the product: This serum is yellowish in color and has a very runny consistency. I wash my hair every other day, and on wash days, I apply the serum to my damp scalp and ends before combing it through. Between washes, I also use a small amount on both my scalp and ends. After applying, I massage it in with my fingertips.
The serum is clear, fragrance-free, and doesn’t leave my hair or hands feeling sticky. Occasionally, if I use too much, it dries slightly crispy in my hair, but it brushes out easily. I’ve been using it for about a month now, and I’ve definitely noticed some positive changes. My hair’s elasticity has improved—it feels stronger and more resilient. It’s less dry overall, and my ends stay more hydrated, even between washes.
I’ve also seen a reduction in hair fall, which is fantastic. There are fewer hairs in the shower, and I’m losing less while brushing because it breaks less often. My scalp has calmed down too, with some patches of psoriasis looking better.
The serum also seems to shield my hair from heat and sun exposure without leaving any residue, which makes me excited to see how it holds up during summer beach days with my kids.
In short, my hair feels thicker, bouncier, shinier, and overall healthier. There’s a lot to love! Overall I think it’s worth the investment—it delivers on its promises and feels wonderfully indulgent. The only drawback is the smaller quantity. At 30 ml, it might be insufficient for our needs, requiring frequent reordering.
