T.A.C Dashapushpadi Baby Products| Review

Few months back (28 weeks ago) , I received PR samples of T.A.C Dashapushpadi Baby Products to introduce this brand to my Instagram followers. Later on I saw the owners of this brand in Shark Tank Season 2 and if I am not wrong Aman Gupta (Boat) invested in this company. Can’t express the happiness of seeing new brands growing up fast. I have used these products for my son but left in between. Yes! Haven’t used any of them completely. To know the reason, you have to read my complete review 😊

Packaging: The packaging of T.A.C baby products comes with disappointment. Each product comes in a blue color plastic bottle. To be honest I don’t have much to talk about the packaging of these products. Huge to carry in bag during travelling. In short, they need to work on the packaging.

1. Baby Body Lotion

About the product: Ayurveda’s most gentle & nourishing formulation for baby’s skin – Dashapushpam (Dasha meaning 10 & Pushpam meaning flowers) is now available to your baby. Your baby needs gentle care & toxin-free moisturization. T.A.C’s Dashapushpadi Body Lotion is specially formulated for babies’ delicate & sensitive skin. It soothes, repairs & enables healthy formation, leaving your baby’s skin soft, clean & happy.

My opinion about the product: The lotion is white in color and has a decent consistency. Good thing is that it does not have any strong fragrance. Lotion takes time to sink in your skin but once it your baby’s skin feel nourished and hydrated. But this hydration power is not sufficient enough for baby’s extremely dry skin as well as in winters. Overall it is an average product.

2. Baby Body Wash

About the product: Your baby’s delicate skin needs extra care & moisture. T.A.C’s Dashapushpadi gentle & nourishing Body Wash helps to cleanse & moisturize your baby’s skin. Its rich formula soothes the baby’s body while washing away the dirt & grime. Enriched with Ayurvedic ingredients, it helps your baby’s skin to stay supple, hydrated, clean & nourished.

Quantity: 200 ml

My opinion about the product: Again, the body wash is white in color and has a runny consistency which almost every body wash has. This body wash doesn’t lather much which is a good sign but if you are among those who love bubble time then you won’t like it much. My son loves making bubbles so refusing to use it in his bath time. Rest the cleansing power is good and doesn’t make baby’s skin dry.

3. Baby Massage Oil

About the product: Ayurveda recommends regular oil massage for babies to help strengthen their bodies & nourish their skin & hair. T.A.C’s 100% Pure Dashapushpadi Massage Oil enables healthy formation, improved complexion & muscular strength for your baby.

Quantity: 150 ml

My opinion about the product: This baby massage oil smells like mustard/sarson oil. However, the smell is not that strong and the consistency is not that thick. I initially felt it is mustard oil. This oil has decent consistency and massaging with it is easy. Washing it away can be a bit difficult task. You will need a good body wash. After using body wash of this brand, I noticed traces of baby massage oil even after proper wash.

Overall, I will say that the products are decent but there is no strong reason to re-purchase them.
