It is interesting how Plum, a fairly new brand inspired by global best practices in safe, natural cosmetics and beauty solutions, has to expressly state the words ‘alcohol-free’ in the name of its toner. For one, this (in no uncertain terms) bids goodbye to the horrible alcohol-filled toners of the yore, but also subtly educates the Indian consumer that you don’t need alcohol in your toner anymore as cleansers today are far more sophisticated and thus, don’t need an alcohol swab to get rid of the remnants of the cleanser. Let’s Jump in the detail.

Direction of use:
Splash liberally on face after using a mild cleanser, and air dry or pat dry lightly.
Do not wipe off.
Follow up with a moisturizer suitable for oily skin.
Packaging: The packaging is rich. It comes in the white bottle. The plum green tea alcohol free toner comes in a cylindrical bottle with flip flop cap. The dispenser doesn’t dispense the right amount of the product, most of the times it dispenses huge quantity and we end up wasting the product. A spray bottle would have been a good choice over this.
My opinion about the product: The plum toner which contain green tea is amazing but I do not find it that much effective. Though it claims that it can help in the acne but honestly, I cannot find this true in this plum toner additional to that the fragrance seems like it is artificial which is again the drawback for this. The best part is parabens and the alcohol free which is almost we can find in each and every product now. So what I liked is it clears the skins well. The consistency is nice and thick at the same time. In fact, I didn’t find any reason to suggest this to anyone who suffers with acne. Many say that it unclogged pores. Personally, I didn’t feel so. I feel as if I’m using water as a toner. It removed dirt and excess oil from my face. Apart from this, I didn’t find anything interesting to suggest this to anyone.
