In this post I will be talking about NYX Sweet Cheeks Creamy Powder Blush. They are available in both traditional tones and artistry-inspired shades of purple and yellow, these superfine pressed powder blushes make it easy to create natural-to-dramatic looks, from a soft wash of color to all-out drama (think 80s cheeks!). Yes! They have retro vibes, I have this in shade Rose & play 🙂

How to use:
Drunk Blush: Sweep the pigment directly onto the apples of your cheeks and bridge of your nose to create a diffused flush of color. Complete the look by adding leftover product on the brush to the tip of your nose.
Draping: Blend a generous amount of blush onto your cheeks and upwards towards your temples in a c-shape motion. Keep the intensity of color near the hairline and cheekbones.
Subtle Sculpting: Choose a shade with the best natural undertone for your complexion and blend blush in circular motions towards, but not directly onto the apples of your cheeks. Add a touch of blush to the temples and chin to balance your complexion and lift features.
Packaging: The blush has a very similar packaging to their existing powder blushes, with small circular compacts with a clear plastic lid. There are total 12 shades available.
My opinion about the product: I watched JKissa’s yellow blush look video on Youtube after seeing many pictures of yellow cheeks on Pinterest and I also wanted to buy it but in India it will need a strong heart to go for this look. So I ordered the most safe blush shade, Rose & Gold. It is a cold pink shade with a silver glow, and at first I was afraid that it will not suit my skin tone . But in the end it is carried by a light “frosty” blush, which is especially true for the winter mood with our weather. At the same time, the shine is simple makes the blush a little more lively) I would call this shade “puppet”.
Despite the fact that this blush is declared as cream-powder, it seems to be just powdery. I apply it with a brush, the color is given gently and without spots) For a brighter blush you will definitely need layering. No doubt product is good but international shipping takes time which needs patience.
