Real Deal is a beautiful nude for dusky skin whereas Sweet Talk is a bright red with a shine. I recently received a hamper of cosmetics and skin care products from a colleague. It also had Nykaa Matte-ilicious Lip Crayon in shade Jade Rose-11 along with the other products. In this post I am reviewing it, so keep scrolling 😉

How to use it:
* Open the cap and start applying the product from the center of your upper lip.
* Worked from the center towards the outer edges of your lip, following the contours of your mouth.
* Glide the product across the entire bottom lip.
* This step is optional but you could use a tissue to blot out the extra product.
Packaging: This crayon comes in a pencil form which is sleek in design and the back end of the crayon depicts the colour of lipstick inside. The packaging is similar to the Pout Perfect ones, the difference is in terms of packaging is that Pout Perfect has a matching colour cap according to shade while this only has the bottom colour coded with a black cap and Pout Perfect doesn’t come with a sharpener, you need to buy it separately and this one does.
My opinion about the product: Jade Rose-11 is a dusky pink shade. Looks gorgeous! It has good pigmentation. It transfers but not to a great extent. Stays for 6 hours and can be reapplied easily. Also, it doesn’t dry the lips. It has a semi-matte texture and is a good deal for everyday use. It comes with a sharpener of its own, so there is no extra hassle to buy a separate sharpener for it.
What I like about the product…
- Great pigmentation
- Stays quite long (almost 6 hours)
- Doesn’t dry out lips
- Can be used even as a lip liner
What I do not like about the product…
- Not completely transfer-proof
- Needs to be sharpened (it comes with a sharpener)
