Hello Everyone!!
I am a big-time fan of liquid body washes. Somehow, I feel they are so much better than the soap bars. So, I keep trying out various kinds of shower gels. Recently I tried the Nivea Water Lily and Oil Shower Gel and thereby will be sharing my opining about the same. Nivea body lotions has been my all-time favourite, thus I even had very high hopes on this body wash as well. So let’s see how it actually is..
Quantity: 250 ml
Price: Rs. 195 (Discounted price Rs.176)
Shelf life: 2 years
Packaging: The body wash comes in a transparent bottle, with a kind of unique rectangular cum oval shape. It has a flip open cover, but I don’t feel it would be safe to carry it, because I have a doubt that it might open up and spill.
My opinion about the product: Like most of the other Nivea products, this body wash also has a mild and nice fragrance. It has small beads in the gel. The body wash lathers well and is required in very less quantity.
What I don’t like about it is that it kind of makes my skin dry. I have used other body washes which do not leave the skin dry, and so, when it makes the skin dry, I feel it’s a bit harsh on my skin. Unlike the Nivea body lotions which are like my all-time favourites, this, for some reason I feel is not that upto the mark, and I doubt whether I will repurchase it.
What I like about this product:
- Has a mild fragrance.
- Lathers well.
- Required in less quantity.
- Budget friendly.
What I do not like about this product:
- Makes my skin a bit dry.
- Not a spill proof packaging.
Thus, I would rate it 3/5.
