Foundation is a must have in your beauty regimen. And I of course use foundations very few. I keep it reserved for special days. And that is the major reason why a bottle of foundation lasts me for a good 1 year.
So, earlier I was using a Loreal foundation and this time I zeroed on this Maybelline foundation. Let’s have a look at how the foundation performed on my dry skin.

My Experience with Maybelline Dream Satin Skin Finish Liquid Foundation: The foundation comes in a basic transparent tube packaging. The tube has product details all over it and has a nozzle at the top. Through this nozzle only the foundation comes out. the nozzle is extremely convenient as it allows only a little product at a time to come out. this ensures that there is no such product wastage.
The foundation comes in 5-6 shades and you can choose the shade as per your convenience. I got the shade nude beige here which goes quite well with my skin tone. Now, the reason I chose this foundation is because I personally love dewy skin finish. The foundation comes with a dewy finish which is perfect for dry skin. It provides good degree of moisturization which is a must have for every dry skin type.
The foundation is easily blendable on the skin. You need only a pea sized amount on your face and then you are good to go. The foundation controls oil and helps in keeping your face matte. The dry patches of the skin are well taken care of.
As far as the lasting power is concerned, the foundation stays for a good amount of time. If you are inside an AC environment, then the foundation will last you for a very long time. It might even survive for an entire day. But If you are outside in a hot humid environment then, it might begin to melt away as per the weather and your skin condition.
For me, this is a total steal foundation. The product is lasting me for a good more than 1 year. It has a true to skin dewy finish. The foundation is extremely comfortable on the skin. It will make your skin breathable and there won’t be any uncomfortable feeling on the skin. Your skin won’t feel clogged and this foundation will not block your pores as well.

Last words – This foundation is perfect for regular unproblematic skin. This is very good for the skin which does not have any redness or even skin issues.
