Today I am going to review a product which is not much talked about and often skipped by us in our makeup routine. For all those who do not know, a primer is a base product, which is applied on cleansed and moisturized skin. The purpose of a primer is that it gives your makeup a base, which you can later work upon, smoothly and enhance the appearance of your makeup application. Most of us already make use of a face primer but have you heard about an eye and lip primer?
Presenting to you, a 2 in 1 makeup product, Manna Kadar’s eye and lip primer, which served two purposes in one. You are going to find this product very useful if you wish to make your makeup last longer and appear flawless!

Shelf life: Unfortunately, there is no mention of the shelf life of the product on its packaging, which could mean that it can be used infinitely without any issue. This is especially because this quantity if enough to last with you for a long time, given the minute amount which you would need to use with each makeup.
Directions of use: This primer is absolutely fuss free to use. All you have to do is to rub a finger or an appropriate makeup brush on the primer and apply a thin layer on your eyelids and your lips. Let it stay for 3-5 minutes so that it can settle down, before you apply any further makeup on top of it.
Packaging: Manna Kadar’s prime time comes packed in a small jar format. The lid, which is transparent on the top, can be unscrewed to reveal the product within. The jar comes packed inside a small cardboard box of the same size, which has some details about the product, printed on its back.
My opinion about the product: As an eye primer, I loved using this product. I applied it using my fingers and in spite of the fact that the product is creamy in texture, it came out as a matte texture on the skin. It brightened my eyelids and instantly made them pop out with a clean and flawless appearance. I could feel a visible difference in the appearance of the fine lines and unevenness of the skin. Later, when I applied my eye-shadow, the application felt a lot smoother. I could blend my shades easily and my shadow lasted longer than usual. I could feel the bright intensity with which my overall eye makeup shone, as compared to the times when I do not apply the primer. On my lips, the primer gave a similar result but since I use more liquid lipsticks, I found that I didn’t need the primer since it added more bulk to the lips. It can be used under a basic cream lipstick, to make it last longer and crease less but be prepared to feel a slight weight on the lips after application of the primer.
Given its compact size, it is absolutely travel friendly. On the budget front, it might seem like a costly product but if you take a look at the quantity and the price, you will find that it isn’t.
