If you are a regular reader of my blog then you will surely know that how much I love MamaEarth Argan Hair Mask. So when they launched their Tea Tree hair Mask, I ordered it immediately 🙂 There are few things which made me buy this hair mask, first is that it works on dandruff, second is that is that it controls oil (I have damn oily scalp) & third it is suitable for colored & treated hair.
Product’s claim: This Tea Tree Hair Mask helps you soothe the irritating oily and flaky scalp by controlling dandruff, thus giving you an itch-free healthy scalp and nourished hair. Lemon oil & Tea Tree oil make sure that the oil & dandruff are at bay while Coconut oil & Argan oil present in mask moisturize & nourish your hair. No matter what type of hair you have – dry hair, curly hair, colored hair, treated hair, oily hair.

Shelf life: 24 months
Direction of use: Part your hair in two halves. Take a palm full of hair mask & apply adequate quantity to wet hair. Spread product generously on to hair & scalp. Leave the mask on for 10-15 minutes before washing it off with sulfate free shampoo.
Packaging: This hair mask comes in a white colored plastic jar which has a screw cap. This jar is pretty huge and also has a plastic cover which provides spillage of the product. The packaging looks pretty simple & ordinary but completely safe when you have a kid(s) at home. Due to it’s huge size it’s difficult to carry it in the bag so I have stored this in a small jar for travelling purpose.
My opinion about this product: This product looks similar to Argan Hair Mask. It is white in color & has a thick yet soft and smooth texture. As per instructions you have to take a palm full of hair mask & apply adequate quantity to wet hair. Spread product generously on to hair & scalp. Leave the mask on for 10-15 minutes before washing it off with sulfate free shampoo. Post application my hair becomes more smooth & manageable.
Good thing is that this hair mask is parabens and silicon free, hypoallergenic with bio actives. I am having dandruff these days & I noticed visible effects after using this Tea Tree hair mask & it also works on itchy scalp. This hair mask also claims to control oil as I have a super oily scalp I was expecting high but unfortunately it didn’t help in the same. But there are few strong reasons to buy it, first that it is effective on dandruff & itchy scalp, second it is super effective as a conditioner & third it is safe for colored & treated hair.
What I like about this product….
1. Makes my hair more smooth, shiny, voluminous & manageable.
2. Huge tub so last really long.
3. Effective on dandruff & itchy scalp.
4. Affordable price.
What I do not like about this product….
1. Not available in local store.
