We girls love our tresses! Post pregnancy I am going through severe hair fall & in a parenting group came to know about Mama Earth brand. A lot moms keep recommending this brand products so trusting on their reviews I bought shampoo & conditioner. I have finished both bottles & guess it is correct time to review them 🙂

Shampoo:
- Wet your hair & scalp.

Rinse thoroughly. Follow up with a nourishing silicone-free conditioner.
Conditioner:
- After shampooing, part your hair into two halves. Take a palm full of conditioner and apply evenly from roots to tips.
- Let it sit for 2 minutes to deep condition your hair. Rinse thoroughly.
Packaging: Both products have similar packaging. The bottle is white in color and has a pump which dispense out required amount of the product. The bottle has an image of a girl with long hair which gave a hope (he he). Product’s related details are given on the label. Over all the packaging is very good & attractive.
My opinion about the product: The shampoo is transparent & doesn’t lather which means that it is not SLS based. Which is definitely a good thing 🙂 I have a really oily scalp so it took three application of this shampoo to clean my scalp completely. Now let me be honest & say that I hate this, no one would like to apply shampoo thrice specially in winters. Post wash I noticed no effect of this shampoo on my frizzy hair. However if you apply this conditioner which is white in color then you will find you hair a bit smooth & manageable.
So I found both (shampoo & conditioner) products below average. After reading so many good reviews my expectations were pretty high from both products but after application my expectations shattered like anything 🙁 Still I used it with the hope that it will be effective on long term use but unfortunately that too didn’t happened. So never going to buy it nor will recommend it to any one.
I also bought Mama Earth Hair Mask after reading Anjali’s review & this product is really effective. So currently I am using a regular shampoo & MamaEarth Hair mask which is working for me.
