Recently mamaearth has launched its range of Feather Light Liquid Matte Lipstick. This range has total 8 shades for all skin tones. This lipstick is priced at the tag of 499 Rs. which is a decent price. It claims to have coconut and vitamin-E as key ingredients. Out of these 8 shades, I decided to go with the Nude Rose which was appearing to be a safe shade for my wheatish skin tone. This post is all about it, I hope you will like it 🙂

How to apply: Apply Feather Light Lipstick to clean, exfoliated lips with the included applicator. It glides on creamy and sets to a smooth matte finish.
Packaging: It comes in fiber transparent bottle with a white cap, fonts on bottle too are white colored. The colours of the lips shade are seen through the lipstick bottle. The shade name is a bit tricky to find but overall I like it. It has a really long doe foot applicator that I really like because it makes super easy to draw a crisp line but it picks up too much product that I have to clean on the neck of the bottle. The packaging is travel friendly and easily slips in you bag or purse 🙂
My opinion about the product: This shade is absolutely gorgeous and suits well on my wheatish skin tone. I personally believe it will look equally beautiful on all types of Indian skin tone. The creamy formula makes it so easy to apply, it glides on the lips so nicely. It takes slightly longer to dry and set than the liquid lipsticks. As I have already mentioned it picks up too much product that I have to clean on the neck of the bottle (at times it is irritating). Brand claims that this lipstick is long lasting and stays for good 16 hours but believe me this lipstick’s staying power going to disappoint you. You have to re-apply it again and again specially after eating or drinking. I will definitely not recommend to purchase it that too after spending Rs. 499.
Overall I would like to say that the shade is pretty but the staying powder is at the worst side. Instead of this one can purchase Elle-18 liquid lipsticks which are priced at only 100-120 Rs.
