MamaEarth CoCo Face Scrub| Review

I am back with the review of another (newly launched) product of brand MamaEarth. Few days back I reviewed body yogurt of this brand & you guys are giving it a very nice response. Thanks a lot! I have recently order few products of this brand & this face scrub is one of them 🙂

About the product: Mamaearth CoCo Face Scrub is the much-needed addition to your skincare regimen. It gently exfoliates the skin from deep within while unclogging pores, getting rid of sun tan, and removing dead skin. Natural ingredients like coffee and cocoa leave your skin looking fresh and rejuvenated.

How to use it:

• Step 1 : Apply an adequate amount of CoCo Face Scrub on wet face & neck.
• Step 2 : Massage gently with your fingertips in an upward circular motion.
• Step 3 : Concentrate scrubbing your forehead, nose & chin.
• Step 4 : Rinse off with water and pat dry.
• Step 5 : Use at least twice a week for best results.

Packaging: This scrub comes in a sleek tube packaging, with all the details of the product printed on the back of the tube. All the details are printed in English & you will find each & every detail like direction of use, price, quantity, DOM, shelf life are mentioned on the label. The cap closes with a click, and you need to squeeze the tube to get the product.

My opinion about the product: It is a cream based scrub and smells exactly like coffee (Aaah! he he). I am loving the fragrance and also keeping it away from my boy 😉 The scrub particles are absolutely mild, and just it foams really well, so its really easy to create lather, and you should always use well lubricating products when you have to massage your face with something. When it comes to skin-care, you cannot determine its quality, just the first time you use it. So after using it for about few weeks now, I can finally talk about how it worked for me. The texture is the smoothest, so it doesn’t irritate my skin. After using it for a week, three times, I could see that my black heads were slowly disappearing. As it is a mild scrub so you may not find it effective against stub born black heads.

A small amount is enough for scrubbing face so this 100 ml tubes lasts really long. It doesn’t make my skin dry or stretchy, post scrubbing which makes it suitable for dry skin types too.

What I don’t like about the product…

• Not available in  local market.
• May not be effective on suborn black/white black heads.
