I have used MamaEarth Calming Body Wash in the past but somehow missed to review it. There is a saying in Hindi “देर आये दुरुस्त आये”, keeping this in my mind I decided to review it. There are already tons of reviews on this product but I wanted to have it on my blog too. So in this post I will be reviewing it.
Price: 349 Rs
Qt: 200 ml
Shelf life: 2 Years
Direction of use: Squeeze the soft, instant liquid onto your hands or loofah, Lather, enjoy the natural fragrance and rinse.
Packaging: This body wash comes in a plastic bottle with dual caps & has a pump dispenser nozzle. The white & pink color combination on the bottle makes the packaging looks very girly. The pump mechanism works perfectly, which dispenses out appropriate amount of product without creating any mess.
My opinion about the product: This body wash is colorless and has a gel like consistency. It takes 2-3 pumps to dispense enough liquid that is required for the whole body. It has a decent fragrance which fades away soon. This body wash is gentle on skin as it has Paraben , SLS , Pthalates , Mineral Oil free formula.
Best thing about this brand is that its products are cruelty-free and 100% made-safe. I have used many products of this brand & mostly they worked for me. My favourite products of this brand are their Charcoal mask & Argan oil hair mask. You will find review of both then on my blog.
Now let’s come to the point 😉 I take enough amount of body wash on a wet loofah and apply it on body. This body wash lathers well & rinses off easily. It cleanses effectively without leaving any soapy residue on my skin. I have oily skin & this body wash neither moisturizes nor dries out my skin. I am in habit of applying lotion on my body after taking shower.
