Bonjour beautiful people,
It’s been about two months exactly since I finally had the painful revelation, that no matter how much of flaws a concealer hides, you need to have good skin to actually look flawless. So you best believe I pretty much spent my entire rent and electricity money on buying skincare products these past two months. So in today’s episode of Sonalica’s TedTalk (LOL), we’ll be talking about one such skincare product I just bought, and that is the LushVeda Organic Vetiver Facial Toner 🙂
Ingredients: 100% Natural steam distilled Chrysopogon zizanioides (vetiver) grass water.
Price: 220 INR
Quantity: 100 ml
Shelf life: 2 years from mfg date
Direction of use: Apply onto face and neck to hydrate and freshen the skin. Can be used with all kinds of packs and masks.
Packaging: The packaging of each and every product of this particular brand, looks uber luxurious. The toner is packed in a cardboard outer packaging, which has ALL the necessary details printed on it. The toner itself is inside a plastic bottle, which has an uncanny resemblance to a cough syrup bottle, but somehow still managing to look pretty.
My opinions about the product: You have to trust me when I say, I’ve started with a 6-step skincare routine every night before getting to bed. Toning the face comes in second, and is one of the most important step in the run. Vetiver is an Indian grass, which is known to have astringent properties, while still moisturizing the face. When it comes to skincare, the more natural the product is, the better. So I really liked this product because it literally just have steamed vetiver extracts, and NOTHING else. It has a woody, earthy fragrance to it, which is pretty pleasant and soothing. After continuous use of this toner, my face has definitely changed for the better, I can feel the glow in my skin when I look at it and the tiny bumps and blemishes on my face are slowly fading away too.
What I liked about the product…
- Cheap.
- Fragrance.
- Anti-acne.
- Organic.
- India based.
What I didn’t like about the product….
- No product dispenser.
ZZM Rating: 4/5
In conclusion, this is a very good toner for the price that you’re paying, and it’s a fairly new brand to try out which is organic.
Until next time, bonjour!
