In this post I will be reviewing a multi purpose product i.e L’Occitane 100% Pure Shea Butter. As per brand this Shea butter hydrates and protects lips, face, cuticles and hands. This powerful moisturizer is retrieved from the fruit of African Shea trees, and celebrated world-wide for encouraging cellular renewal and repairing the hydrolipidic film, thereby softening, soothing and comforting skin. Non-irritating; suitable for men, women and children.

Direction of the use: Melt in palm of hands before applying.
Packaging: This Shea butter comes in a small metal tin with a push on lid. Sticker on front and back, dark blue and yellow, quite a french vintage look. Products related details provided on the labels. The packaging is decent & eco-friendly 🙂 In India you rarely see any lip balm in the tin packaging.
My opinion about the product: This shea butter has a very mild fragrance which is hardly noticeable. It has a balmy texture & doesn’t feel greasy. It is up to you that you want to use it as a lip balm or nail cream or hand cream. I am using it hand cream. In winters it goes a little hard so in winters it becomes a little hard to use it. But once you rub it, melts easily 🙂
I also use it for my lips which always seem to be dry & chapped. It is amazing for making that cracked feeling go away. My lips have definitely become healthier since using everyday, so I know this stuff is worth it even though it’s damn expensive!
I absolutely love this product but the problem is the quantity offered is very less and finding it in India is a real pain.
