Today’s review is about the recently launched sheet masks form the Lakme Blush & Glow range. They have a number of variants: Strawberry, Kiwi, Pomegranate, Watermelon and Lemon. I got the Lemon and Kiwi one, and hereby will be sharing my experience regarding the same:
Price: Rs. 100/- (per sheet mask)
Packaging: It comes in plastic sheets, and the cute thing is the colour of the outer packaging matches the colour of the fruit whose sheet mask it is!!
My opinion about the product: In my opinion, Sheets masks are a sort of extravaganza to skin. LOL!! Like of course the feel that you get when you apply sheet masks and relax is pretty amazing, but, about the benefits, do they really benefit? I seriously have a BIG doubt!
For almost every sheet mask out there in the market they cost almost around Rs. 100 or so, and what they have is a large quantity of serum!! Of course, if you make your own DIY masks, and that would be so much cheaper!!
Nevertheless, as summers have already started, I got these two masks just thinking about the soothing feel that sheet masks give after its application. LOL! Like any other sheet masks, they have quite a lot of serum. Both of it smells very fruity (a nice subtle smell).
I feel sheet masks are best when you keep them in refrigerator and then apply it, gives you a wonderful cooling sensation, which is heavenly
My likes and dislikes about the product:
- These sheet masks have quite a nice quantity of serum,
- These are dermatologically tested,
- Has nice subtle smell,
- Makes skin quite hydrated.
- They aren’t organic, neither they say that they are free from any hash chemicals L
P.S: I do believe in the fact that sheet masks won’t definitely do wonders to skin, but the feeling of it is amazing!!
Thus, as an overall rating from my side, it would be: 3.5/5
