Reason of writing this post is one of my colleague, I will not take her name may be she will not like it. We all have facial growth (it is a natural thing) but some people have more than the rest. Same condition is applicable in her case. Initially I thought that she is ignorant towards this but after talking to her I realised it is because of PCOD. Being I science graduate I know that the abnormal hair growth is due to hormonal imbalance.
1. First of all separate an egg white from one egg and place it in a bowl.
2. Now in the same bowl add 1 tsp of sugar and ½ tsp corn flour. Mix it well by beating it with the help of beater or fork till you get the smooth paste.
3. Apply this paste on your face but before that don’t forget to wash your face and allow it to dry for about 25 – 30 minutes.
4. When mask is dried completely, peel it with firm hand so that the hair on the face will also comes off with this mask.
Lentil and Potato Paste
1. Soak 1 bowl of yellow lentil (Arhar ki daal) overnight.
2. Peel off the skin of the 1 potato and grate it in a bowl.
3. Remove all the water from the lentil and grind it to make a smooth paste.
4. In this paste add juice of grated potato. (For juice of potato squeeze it with the help of palms.)
5. Now add 4 tsp of lemon juice and 1 sp of honey and mix well.
6. Apply this paste on your face but before that don’t forget to wash your face and allow it to dry for about 25 – 30 minutes.
7. Now remove the dried paste by rubbing with your fingers.
Banana and Oatmeal Scrub
1. In a bowl take a banana and mash it to make a smooth paste.
2. In the same add one or two teaspoons of cooked oatmeal and mix it well.
3. Apply the paste with the help of fingers apply on face lightly massaging.
4. Apply this paste on your face but before that don’t forget to wash your face and allow it to dry for about 25 – 30 minutes and then wash it off with water to remove the paste completely.
Honey & Lemon Face Wash
1. In a bowl add 1 tsp of lemon, 3 tsp of oatmeal and 1 tsp of lemon juice. Now mix well to make a paste.
2. Apply paste like mask on your face.
3. Apply this paste on your face but before that don’t forget to wash your face and allow it to dry for about 25 – 30 minutes and then wash it off with water to remove the paste completely.
Apricot & Honey Scrub
1. In a bowl take 2 tsp of apricot powder (To make apricot powder grind it or also available in stores) and 1 tsp of honey.
2. Mix well to make paste.
3. Apply it on face and use as a scrub.
Note: Apply any of the remedy twice in a month and see the magic.
