I am totally in love with Himalaya Neem Face Pack. After its positive results, I got excited to try Himalaya Neem Scrub & face wash too 😉 Himalaya Neem face wash did not suit me much but this scrub is totally worth the money paid! So, in this post I will be reviewing Himalaya Herbals Purifying Neem Scrub and lets see it worked for me acne prone, oily, sensitive skin or not. I also wanted to review face pack & face wash but it has been already reviewed on the blog. If you want to read complete review then click here Face wash & Face Pack.

Price: 80 Rs
Quantity: 50 gm
How to use it
- Apply Purifying Neem Face Scrub in a circular motion on the face and neck.
- Rinse with water and pat dry.
- Use at least once a week for clear, acne-free skin.
Packaging: This neem face scrub comes in a white colored tube, with all the information printed on it. It has the trademark Himalaya green colored flip-top cap. On opening the flip top cap you will see a medium sized nozzle to dispense the product. The packaging is sturdy and travel friendly 🙂 I have purchased the sample size of this product which is a white & green colored sachet, you have to cut it with the scissors to take out the product. For this you have to pay Rs. 10 for 8 gm.
My opinion about the product: This scrub is white in color and has a very creamy consistency. You need not to squeeze hard the tube for its flow. Scrub has small but visible green and beige colored granules of neem and apricot. This scrub is mild in nature which smells a bit weird but does not bother my sensitive nose. It spreads easily onto the skin and scrubbing with it is really easy. It did not cause any irritation to my skin neither did it cause any break outs. I have an oily skin & post scrubbing my skin doesn’t feel dry but if you have dry skin then do not forget to moisturize your skin.
I am using it twice in a week for my black heads and dead cells on my forehead, nose and chin. It removes all the dead skin cells and makes my skin smooth & soft. No doubt it did remove some of my blackheads and keeps my skin almost free from them. It helps in preventing pimples to an extent too and the softness lasts for like 2-3 days. But if you have stubborn black or white heads then this scrub will not be that effective.
Overall this scrub does its primary job of exfoliating the skin by removing dead cells. Post use skin feels smooth and soft. Best thing is that it’s rather inexpensive as compared to most of the other scrubs out there in the market. No new breakouts or zits so its safe to be used. I am very much happy with this scrub 🙂
