In makeup there are certain products which everyone has, like lipstick, kajal, eyeliner etc whereas there are certain products which only a true makeup lover will have like bronzer, highlighter, setting powder etc. So being a true make up lover I decide to come up with the review of Etude House Play 101 Setting Power.
What this product is?
Pink-colored setting powder provides makeup with bright skin tone as if having been blurred.
Banana-colored setting powder provides makeup with a natural bright skin tone. Mint tea-colored setting powder make redness skin tone look like gently correcting.
Orange-colored setting powder effectively express skin area with dull tone look brighten. Oil blotting powder makes skin look shine-free and matte.
Apricot tone-highlighting powder contains various peach-colored fine pearls.
How to use:
1. Turn the bottom part of the container (clear part) to the right to open.
2. Open the cap, push down the brush protective tube, and sweep 5-6 times in a circular motion on your palm as if dusting off the powder.
3. After face makeup, gently sweep over your desired areas.
4. After use, close the brush protective tube and cap and turn the bottom part of the container (clear part) to the left to close.
5. Keep the cap closed after use.
Packaging: This powder comes in an interesting bottle. The bottom has a jar with 5 gm powder, the top – a built-in brush for applying it. The powder feds directly into the brush! Isn’t is cool? You need to control the flow of the powder simply by scrolling the bottom. I am so so in love with this packaging.
My opinion about the product: This setting powder is available in 4 shades which I have mentioned above. The one I have is in shade Apricot Bean (06). As name itself suggest it contains various peach-colored fine pearls. The powder is really fine and consists of shimmers and very tiny sparkles. It must be applied to the skin after makeup on those areas that you want to highlight (I love to highlight my cheeks 😉 ).
I generally apply it after the usual powder (because my T-zone leaves no chance), but it can be replaced by someone else. As a result, you get a soft and very beautiful glow 😍 The skin looks healthier and smoother, ideal for fans of radiant Korean skin With all this, it does not leave any spots. And does not clog in pores and bumps. What else you need from a setting powder.

Would I recommend this? Big “Yes”. Availability in India is an issue but if you can then you should go for it 🙂
