Before buying Catrice cosmetics products, I was looking for the reviews but unfortunately not a single review on Indian site was available. That day I decided that I will be definitely going to review them in future. I purchased few products of this brand & in this post I am going to review Catrice Prime & Fine Anti Red Primer.
About the product: Anti-red base the catrice prime and fine anti-red base is a green color-correcting primer, that will cancel out any redness on your skin. The green color will neutralize redness and impurities on your skin, to create a beautiful, even-toned canvas prepped for foundation.

Packaging: This primer comes in a mint green squeeze tube with a black lid, which has a little sticker on its back for the ingredients. The quantity offered is 30 ml and that is plenty. Packing is definitely sturdy so it will last you till you use up this product.
My opinion about the product: To my surprise this primer is green is color, most of the time primers are transparent. It has the same colour as its tube to be exact. Texture of this primer is pretty thick, so you don’t need a lot of product for your whole face which means that this one will last long.
I have skin that tends to be very red and irritable in summers, and as a result I’m always looking for a good color correcting base. Unfortunately, though, it’s a very thick primer that sits on top of the skin. Even after blending for like 15 minutes, I looked weird. Currently I am using Maybelline Fit Me Foundation, and no matter how many drops I used I still looked green. Technically it worked to cover up the red, but the sickly green cast on my skin wasn’t great.

I bought this since it was pretty economical. It’s kind of greasy so I wouldn’t recommend for oily skin. It doesn’t spread very easily and it’s kind of patchy. It worked to cover up the red, but the sickly green cast on my skin makes me look like an Algae 🙁 My mom laughed like crazy after seeing me.
