Swiss Tempelle Total Clean Up| Review

Hello sweethearts!!

I have this habit of trying products from different brands and checking their suitability on my skin-type.  It was sometime back that I got this Face Wash cum Scrub cum Face Mask from this brand Swiss Tempelle from one of the subscription boxes that I ordered. Thus, today’s review is on this wash cum scrub cum mask which I have completely got over with now, and hence wanted to share my views about the same with you all.

But, before going into that, I will give you a brief of the brand, because, like me, I am sure there are many out there who haven’t heard much of this brand. So this brand is a collaboration of two brands, Mibelle Group from Switzerland and Future Consumer Limited from India. Thus, their products are a fusion of Switzerland’s serenity and India’s age-old beauty secrets. They have products ranging from: Hand Washes, Shower Gels, Face Washes, and Body Lotions.

So let us see how the Swiss Tempelle Total Clean-Up Face Wash, Scrub and Mask was..

Price: Rs. 110/-

Packaging:  It has regular face wash kind of tube packaging, a creamy colored tube, which makes it look really sober and sweet. The packaging is spill proof and also travel friendly.

My opinion about the product: This Total Clean-up Face wash has wild rose and purifying clay mixture which is really good for any skin types. It has a white creamy texture with beads into it; the beads are mild and act as a good exfoliator. Though it is mentioned that it can be used as a face wash also, I don’t feel a face wash with scrubbing beads, even though they are mild should be used on a daily basis, as we all know, scrubbing our face is something which is to be done not more than two/three times a week.

Coming to its usage as a face mask, it was a complete disaster for me. As I mentioned, it has a creamy texture, and even though I have a normal to combination skin, it would make my skin very oily after washing this off when used as a face mask. Moreover, the moment I applied this as a mask, I would immediately start sweating.

So for me, this did not work as either face wash or face mask. And even though it was fair enough as a scrub, I would hardly like to repurchase it considering the fact that there are so many scrubs out there in the market which is way better than this one.

My likes and dislikes about the product:

Likes:

1. It is made of natural extracts
2. Paraben free
3. Can be used as Face Wash or Scrub or even Mask
4. Has nice mild fragrance
5. The scrubbing beads are mild on skin

Dislikes:

1. I have normal to combination skin, but even then it made my skin quite oily after use
2. It is good as a scrub, but as a mask it was completely off my expectations, immediately after its application I start sweating

I am definitely not going to repurchase this one considering the face that it didn’t suit my skin type at all so the rating for this from my side would be: 2.5/5
