I have received SUGAR As Nude As It Gets SPF 15 Compact in April month Fab Bag. It is a recent launch of Sugar Cosmetics and I was dying to try it out 😍 as heard a lot of good things about this product. I am already using few lipsticks & Kajal of this brand and super impressed by all of them. So my expectation from this compact is too high. To know that whether this compact is a winner or a looser in my my review book you have to read my complete review 😉.

Direction for use:
Step 1: Cleanse and moisturize your face. Using a face primer will help makeup stay on longer and give an even, smooth base.
Step 3: Now take the SUGAR As Nude As It Gets SPF15 Compact in a shade that matches your skin tone and apply it all over the face with the sponge applicator. While using the sponge, ensure that you first dab the product and pat well onto the skin and then blend it evenly. This technique provides coverage and also makes the skin look flawless.
Packaging: If I have to describe the packaging of this compact in one word, I will say “CLASSY”. It comes in a matte finish square black case which has a magnetic closure & shuts with a click. An outer cardboard packaging is also there & all the required details (Except ingredient list) regarding the product are provided on it. The black case also has an in built mirror and a sponge applicator. Don’t know why but whenever I use this compact I feel like to sing “सजना है मुझे सजना के लिए” 😜.
My opinion about this product: This compact is available in three shades 01 Latte (Light) – Suitable for Porcelain/ Fair Complexion, 02 Cappuccino (Light-Medium) – Suitable for Light Wheatish Complexion, 03 Macchiato (Medium) – Suitable for Wheatish to Dusky Complexion. I chose 02 Cappuccino for myself as I have Wheatish complexion. It gives sheer to medium coverage so if you are looking for complete coverage compact then better to skip this one.
It has a soft & light weight formula and easily gets blend into skin and gives it a nude finish. In case you have blemishes then this compact going to disappoint you however you can apply a concealer or foundation to even out your skin. It stays for 3 to 4 hours but I am pretty sure these hot days will reduce it’s staying power as we all going to sweat like hell. This compact has SPF-15 which is definitely very good for summers.
Overall I am not that much impressed with this product. I was expecting too much from it but apart from packaging there is nothing “WOW” about it. It can be an amazing option only for those who have flawless skin.
What I like about this product….
1. Good quality sponge applicator.
2. Gives matte finish.
3. Classy packaging.
4. Has SPF 15, which provides UVA/UVB protection.
5. Keeps skin shine free for 3-4 hours.
6. Blends easily into the skin.
7. Paraben free.
What I do not like about this product….
1. Sheer to medium coverage.
2. No effect on pore size.
3. Difficult to find in local stores or markets.
4. Bit pricey.
