There was a time when you were least bothered about taking care of your skin. It used to be flawless without any efforts. But now signs of aging are clearly visible on your skin. Welcome To 30’s Club. Do not wake up tomorrow and regret not taking care of your skin today. So now you have to take care of your skin. In this post I am sharing skin care routine one should follow once she enters in third decade of her life 😉
Cleansing: Wash your face with a cleanser to remove all make-up, dirt, and any other build up that can lead to a dull, lackluster complexion. Choose a cleanser as per your skin type. Never ever use a cleanser which drains out your skin moisture.
Moisturizing: Start off the day with moisturizing your skin with a formula that contains a broad spectrum SPF-20 or higher. A lot of good brands cream or moisturizer are available which are meant for 30+ age. Your skin needs protection from the sun to help avoid premature aging caused by sun damage. So in day time a moisturizer with SPF is compulsory. In evening you can avoid SPF but can’t miss a moisturizer.
Sheet Mask: Start using sheet masks at least once is a week. A sheet mask really helps in moisturizing & giving instant glow to your face skin. Sheet mask targeting different skin problems are available in thr market so you can choose as per your requirement.
Serum: It is high time to add serum in your skin care routine. Serums are concentrated with rich anti-aging ingredients and are generally more easily absorbed into the skin than most lotions. Using Vitamin- C serum is good idea as per Korean skin care routine.
Eye Cream or serum: The skin around your eyes is normally the first to develop fine lines because the skin is much thinner there than on the rest of your face. An eye cream with ingredients such as glycerin or niacinamide (Vitamin B3) will help prevent lines from forming and minimize the look of dark circles and puffiness. So do invest in a under eye cream or serum 🙂
Exfoliation: Exfoliation is an essential and should be done twice per week. This will remove dead skin from your face. The skin will look and feel refreshed after the exfoliation process.
