I get lots of request from mommies to review baby products 👶 on my blog, most of them asking my review on Sebamed. We already know that Sebamed is the brand which hails a lot of respect worldwide in mother’s community. I have already reviewed Sebamed Diaper Rash cream and Body lotion (please click Here to read complete review) . So here I am with the review of another quality product from Sebamed, it is Seba med Baby Wash 😃.
Product claims: The very mild wash-active compound offers high skin tolerance for the extra gentle daily cleansing of a newborn’s delicate skin
· Consolidates the resistance of baby’s delicate skin.
· With the pH value of 5.5 Baby sebamed is clinically proven to promote the development of the acid mantle.
· Free from nitro-mochus compounds, formaldehyde, nitrosamines, dioxan, parabens.
· Without colour additives.
Ingredients: Aqua, Decyl Glucoside, PEG-7 Glyceryl Cocoate, Laureth-6 Carboxylic Acid, Disodium Laureth Sulfosuccinate, PEG-120 Methyl Glucose Dioleate, Sodium Lactate, Allantoin, Squalane, Magnesium Sulfate, Parfum, Benzyl Alcohol, Phenoxyethanol, Sodium Benzoate.

Packaging: I found that the packaging of all the products of this brand is pretty simple and decent. Each product is packed inside a white colored card board box and has a pastel pink & blue logo. All the required details are provided on the box along with a leaflet which also provides information about the product as well as the brand. I don’t know why but when it comes about baby products, I want packaging to be bit cute.
My opinion about this product: This baby wash is golden in color and has a gel like consistency. It lathers up nicely, you just need a drop of it for a small baby like mine (He is seven months old) and again it was definitely no tears. It is fragrance free; to be honest I like this thing. It easily spreads on the skin & also rinses off easily without much trouble. It suits my baby’s skin and doesn’t dry out but I still I have continued to use body lotion for my baby.
This baby wash may sound bit pricey but it is economical when compared to amount required for one baby wash. A very small quantity of product is required so a single bottle lasts long. On the other hand I personally think when it comes about baby’s delicate skin one should not compromise with quality of product.
What I like about this product….
1. 100% alkali and soap free.
2. Tear free formula.
3. Doesn’t dries out baby’s skin.
4. Travel friendly packaging.
5. It is very mild on skin.
What I do not like about this product….
Local availability is a bit issue.

As I always say in case of baby products, before using a new product on baby do not forget to do allergy patch test. For initial two days I applied this wash only on my baby’s legs.
