I was regularly using Patanjali Aloe Vera Gel from a long time but after the birth of my baby I had kind of forgotten it. As summers are here so I decided to restock it and went to a Patanjali Mega store near to my place 🙎. There I saw Patanjali Saundarya Kesar Chandan Aloe Vera Gel along with the regular one. I have already heard a lot about this Kesar Chandan Aloe Vera gel so picked a tube of 150 ml for myself.

Direction for use: Take a big pea size gel on your palm and gently massage it on your face and neck, after 30-50 sec it will totally be absorbed by the skin
Packaging: The gel comes in a transparent tube with golden color flip top cap. The cap opens and shuts nicely & in completely safe for travelling purpose. The packaging is pretty simple like old version & there is nothing rave about it.
My opinion about this product: Few of you must be definitely curious to know the difference between this new launch and the older version. The older version of Patanjali aloe vera gel is for both skin and hair, while the newer one is for skin only. This new version is infused with the goodness of kesar(saffron) and chandan (sandal) mixed with aloe vera gel. The gel is golden in color and has an amazing fragrance exactly like Sandalwood.
It has thick consistency but gets absorbed easily into skin. It has a very soothing effect after application. I use it as night cream and in morning as a base before applying make-up. After first day of application you will find that your skin has turned smoother and softer, this gel really moisturizes well. This doesn’t leave any oiliness and greasiness. After a few days only, you will notice reduction in pimples and dark spots, it even helps to remove burn marks. Even it is very helpful in irritation or burning sensation after waxing. I am in love with this product.
Ssshhhh! I have a secret to share with my readers. I store aloe vera gel in refrigerator and whenever feel uneasiness due to heat I apply it on my body parts for instant relief. Overall it’s an amazing product & definitely deserves a try.
What I like about this product….
1. Clears up pimples within a few days of applications. Also helps in preventing new ones from appearing.
2. Very light on skin and hydrates it very well.
3. Does not have greasy effect.
4. Economical.
5. Flip Flop packing is good and travel friendly.
6. Has a cooling effect.
7. Doesn’t have any side effect.
8. Blends very easily with skin.
What I do not like about this product….
1. May not be suitable for dry skin types.
2. False Fairness claim.
