I am not a person who is a fan of ready-made face packs, rather I like to go for home made and natural face packs. But I had received MCaffiene Choco Caffeine Glow Face Pack in Zo-box and since then I started using this. I had heard about the brand before and was excited to receive it in the box. The moment you open the pack, it smells like chocolate cum coffee, and you would definitely feel like tasting it, lolz! But don’t, rather apply it on your face and so far it’s a good experience with this pack.
Ingredients:
Quantity: 30 ml (when you buy it separately it comes in a 50 ml pack)
Price: Rs. 400 for 30 ml (and Rs. 599 for 50 ml)
Shelf life: 24 months
Direction of use: Clean you face and then apply the pack all over your face and neck in the quantity required to make a thick layer of the pack on for skin. Leave it for 20 minutes and wash off. While washing also do ensure that you scrub you face gently with the mask as the mask contains granules in it and just works really well as both a mask and a scrub!
Packaging: This mask comes in transparent frosted jar which has a chocolate brown colour screw cap. A plastic lid is also there to prevent leakage of the gel. All the details are given over the jar. Thus the packaging is quite impressive, spill proof, hardy and also travels friendly.
My opinion about the product: As I mentioned, I am not a ready m-made face pack person and thus I was a bit skeptical to use it. The moment I opened the jar, I was highly impressed with the smell. It is required in a very less quantity and has a thick creamy consistency. As directed in the jar of the product, I kept it for 20 minutes and washed it off. I also scrubbed while washing it off. And the after effect of washing it off was just like amazing!!
My skin felt soft like never before. It did not dry up my skin at all, rather moisturized the skin and nourished it and gave an instant glow on the face. Being enriched in vitamin E, Argan oil and other amazing ingredients, it made my skin feel really better since I started using it. I would not say that it removes tan or makes your skin brighter and so on, but it well nourishes the skin and make it feel like baby soft!
But yes, of course the price is quite high, thus maybe I would think twice before buying it again. Even then I would say, if you are ever getting it at a discounted price, do give it a try.
** This face pack wouldn’t suit for people with oily skin, as it will make their skin even more oily and thereby prone to acne and pimples.
What I like about this product…
- Has Coca, Argan oil, Vitamin E and other good ingredients to nourish your skin,
- Is granulated and hence can be used as scrub as well while washing it off,
- Amazing smell.
- Makes your skin really soft after the usage,
- Paraben free,
- Not tested on animals
What I do not like about this product…
- Not available in local store,
- Highly priced.
Thus I would rate it 3/5.
