I am not a powder kind of girl and I rarely use it to set my makeup. But recently my friend bought few products from USA and Maybelline Dream Wonder Powder was also there. I have used this powder for a couple of days now. I generally dab it under my eyes with a flat foundation brush and dab it on the rest of my face with a sponge. I also use it for touch ups throughout the day. In today’s post I will be talking about it 🙂

Packaging: The packaging of this product is pretty bulky but I will appreciate the fact that it comes with a mirror. It makes it convenient to set your makeup while you’re at college or work place 🙂 It is available 16 different shades that range from light to dark. So you can choose as per your skin tone.
My opinion about the product: Classic Ivory has a yellow undertone. It is a perfect shade for me and blended onto my skin so flawlessly. The powder is super silky, soft and smooth with a semi-matte finish. It glides smoothly without dragging or pulling any face product off my skin. The powder is finely milled and it doesn’t accentuate any dry patches or settle into fine lines. It blends flawlessly without sticking to drier areas which means it will likely do well with larger pores as well. The pores around on my nose are completely invisible once I applied. I set the powder in my T-zone area and under eye area and immediately noticed that it has a silky finish.
Coverage is sheer so it is a companion piece to a foundation of your choice and not necessarily meant to be worn alone unless you’re looking for something that evens out skin tone, brightens, but doesn’t necessarily conceal issues a more pigmented foundation would. समझ रही हो ना बेहना 😉 I’m unsure about shine and mattifying abilities as my skin is dry as the deepest corner of the desert at the moment. Overall, Maybelline Dream Wonder Powder is a better option if you already have a great skin. It makes a beautiful way to get sheerer coverage that evens out skin tone, brightens, and looks all kinds of natural with a makeup-free finish. However, those seeking heavier coverage may find it disappointing.
