Today’s review is about Manna Kadar Liplocked Priming Lipstick: Lust Shade. This is the one I got in Glamego subscription box and was very excited to get it because the price of the lipstick alone was too high!! I had never heard of the brand before. Just before placing the order I just Googled and got to know that it is a French Cosmetic brand, and thereby I had high expectations from the product.

Packaging: This lipstick comes in a black matte finish retractable tube with a cap that shuts tightly. The ingredients aren’t given in the packaging, you can just check out the ingredient list in their website. The lipstick inside has a flat end. The tube has a lining of the colour as that of the lipstick inside in the downside. Also the shade name is written in the back end of the tube.
My opinion about the product:
The shade I received (Lust) is a nude colour, which actually didn’t suit my skin colour at all (Glamego box has not given the choice of shade, so I just received a random shade of their choice). But leaving that aside, the lipstick is highly pigmented. It’s is matte finish, but even then doesn’t make the lips dry at all.
It is not patchy as well. As the brand claims, the lipstick is enriched in Vitamin A and E. the brand also claims the lipstick to be paraben free, which is an add on!
It stays for long, like for almost 6-7 hours. They have a number of shades available for the lipstick in their own website. Only thing is if you want to buy the product alone, it is quite expensive!!
My likes and dislikes regarding the product:
Likes:
- Paraben Free,
- Matte colour, but doesn’t make lips dry out,
- Enriched in Vitamin A and E,
- The flat end kind of structure of the lipstick makes application easy,
- Travel friendly packaging.
Cons:
- Quite expensive.
Thus I would rate it 4/5.
