In my bathroom shelf you will find MamaEarth Argan Hair Mask, MamaEarth Tea Tree Hair Mask & now I have added MamaEarth Onion Hair Mask. I am obsessed with MamaEarth hair mask, but let me be honest none of them is helpful in controlling my hair fall. Then why I am using it? Each of them is amazing hair conditioner. My mom too loves the way her curly hair feels post application 🙂

- Part your hair into two sections.
- Apply adequate amount of Hair Mask to wet hair & scalp.
- Leave the Mask on for 10-15 minutes before washing it off with a sulfate-free shampoo.
- For best results, use 2-3 times a week.
Packaging: This hair mask comes in a white colored plastic jar which has a screw cap. This jar is pretty huge and also has a plastic cover which provides spillage of the product. The packaging looks pretty simple & ordinary but completely safe when you have a kid(s) at home. Due to it’s huge size it’s difficult to carry it in the bag so I have stored this in a small jar for travelling purpose 😉
My opinion about this product: This product looks similar to Argan & Tea Tree Hair Mask. It is white in color & has a thick yet soft and smooth texture. As per instructions you have to take a palm full of hair mask & apply adequate quantity to wet hair. Spread product generously on to hair & scalp. Leave the mask on for 10-15 minutes before washing it off with sulfate free shampoo. Post application my hair becomes more smooth & manageable.
Good thing is that this hair mask is parabens and sulfates free, has no mineral oil and contains no synthetic fragrances. But as my initial objective of buying this hair mask was to find the solution of my hair fall (onion is supposed to be effective on hair fall), unfortunately this hair mask didn’t helped me in the same.
Again to be honest I was not expecting that much as I have already tried 2 hair mask of this brand, both are not effective on hair fall. You can use it as a conditioner & also apply it for good 20-25 minutes on damp hair before shampoo. I am using it as a conditioner from last year as it makes my hair more shiny, smooth, manageable & voluminous. But no positive result in hair fall, so if you are expecting it to control your hair fall then better to skip this.
