Seems like I am crazy for Charcoal based products. Earlier I tried mamaearth C3 Face Mask & now I am using mama earth Charcoal Face Wash. I am about to finish the tube of this face wash so thought to share my review about the same. To be honest I have repurchased the C3 mask & will also gonna order this Charcoal face wash too. I hope brand starts giving discount to me 😉

Direction of use: Apply a small amount on wet face. Massage with your fingertips in a circular motion. Concentrate on forehead, nose and chin. Rinse off with water and pat dry.
Packaging: This face wash comes in a white colored squeeze tube with a black colored flip-top cap. The quality of the cap is really good and it shuts tightly which in turn prevents spillage or leakage. Overall packaging is pretty simple but at the same time doesn’t give you any chance to complain. This tube is travel friendly and can be easily carried in bag or purse while travelling.
My opinion about the product: It’s a black colored face wash which looks a bit different as usually you don’t find black colored face wash. My mom was like “ये क्या है?” 😱 No doubt black color represents main ingredient i.e Charcoal in this face wash. It is hypoallergenic and free of SLS and Parabens, which makes it safe for all types of skin. It has a runny consistency & using this face wash is a bit tricky as you have to add few drops of water to make a paste to lather it slowly. This face wash doesn’t lather much but successfully removes all dirt, oil & impurities.
This face wash controls excess face oil which can be drying on skin. I have oily skin so I don’t face any dryness post washing my face. But if you have dry skin then you may need moisturizer to hydrate your skin. Post wash my skin looks clean & smooth. Along with Charcoal this face wash is also loaded with the goodness of Coffee, Aloe Vera, Tea Tree Oil etc. for which I would like to give +1 point to this face wash. I am very much impressed with this product and going to order it again.
