As winter approaches, I’ve started using cold cream to keep my skin nourished and protected. If you’re a parent, you’ll know that kids have a knack for mimicking everything we do, and my son is no exception. He’s taken quite a liking to my cold cream, and it got me searching for a similar product, at least in terms of packaging. That’s when I stumbled upon Mamaearth Baby Rich Moisturizing Cream. Its packaging closely resembles my Mamaearth Vitamin C Nourishing Cold Cream, though it has a more vibrant and kid-friendly look. How to use it:

1. Scoop out the desired quantity.
2. Apply on the baby’s face and body.
3. Massage it in gently until it’s absorbed.

Packaging: This adorable baby cream is housed in a charming white plastic jar, featuring a delightful green screw cap that adds a burst of color to the packaging. The real showstopper of this product is the adorable penguin print on the cap, which immediately caught my son’s attention and filled him with excitement. To prevent any accidental spills, a secure seal is provided, although I must admit, keeping it intact until the very last drop might be a bit of a challenge!

My opinion about the product: The cream exhibits a pristine white hue and maintains a commendable consistency. In contrast to the cold cream I typically use, this baby cream is notably lighter in texture, unsurprisingly, given that it is not designed as a cold cream. It boasts a lightweight feel that avoids burdening the skin. It is my customary practice to test a baby product on myself for at least two days before applying it to my skin. This is because of my sensitivity, and any product that suits my skin is also a safe choice for my son. Initially, it may leave a slightly sticky sensation on the skin, but this subsides as time progresses, leaving a more comfortable feeling.

My son has been using this product without any complaints. It absorbs easily into the skin and maintains hydration for approximately 5-6 hours. I apply it in the morning after his bath, and his skin remains hydrated even after he goes to school. Currently, I use it three times a day: after his bath, in the evening, and before bedtime. I’m pleased with the results. Unlike cold creams, which can appear visible or heavy on the skin, this product fully absorbs, making it highly effective. I must say, it’s a definite yes from me.

For babies with dry skin, this cream offers a fantastic solution. Its formula is truly remarkable and provides instant nourishment to the skin. It’s an excellent choice for the winter season as it doesn’t leave your child’s skin feeling or looking greasy.
