It’s been sometime that I have shifted from soap bard to shower gels. Not that I have a fixed one, but then whatever be it, I try using shower gels and honestly, I find it economic! Shower gels are required in very less quantity and hence goes a long way. Further, it is very easy and convenient to take it on the go while travelling – rather than soap bars which becomes messy! These days there are so many brands coming up with shower gels with really amazing formulations – hence, I have the habit of trying on shower gels from different brands – and see how that works – you may call it I love experimenting with these 🙂
About the product: Lux is one of those age-old brands and I remember lux already once had their body wash long back which even that time I had tried, but found it little drying on skin. Even though I was sceptical, I thought to give it a try – more because it is so dead cheappppp!! And honestly, I was pleasantly surprised. This one is not drying for skin (even though my body skin is very dry) and has a nice mild smell – which makes me enjoy this shower gel.

Quantity: 245ml
Direction for use: Use some drops of this in a loofa and you are good to go! This one lathers really well and is required in very less quantity – hence lasts long.
Packaging: Comes in a bottle – I love the colour of the packaging honestly!
My opinion: I honestly got carried away with the nice pink packaging and pricing of this shower gel and I found it nice and economical. But then if you are the one who has excessive oily skin or one with body acne or pigmentation or any other such concern and are looking for shower gels, then this might not be the one. This is one like basic body wash – not really supposed to address any specific issues!

- Non-drying
- Required in very less quantity
- Travel friendly packaging
Dislikes:
- It has sulphate and even other chemicals which you might want to avoid
- Isn’t meant for any specific skin issue
