L’Oreal Gentle Lip & Eye Make-up Remover Review

Hello Lovelies!!!Oh! what a tiring day it was today and I feel the worse is removing make-up now. The gorgeous feeling which comes when doing make-up, double the effort in wiping it out. Thousands of cotton balls/ wipes, tons of remover make hell up of life. That’s why it is very important that you always keep a remover such effective that in one or two swipes it cleans whole make-up.

Product claims: Gentle Lip & Eye make-up remover helps in removing eyes & lips make-up instantly with a gentle, oil-free formula. Cleans delicate eye area without leaving a greasy film. Dermatologist-tested and safe for contact lens wearers.

Ingredients: Water, cyclopentasiloxsne, isohexadecane, isopropyl palmitate, sodium chloride, dipotassium phosphate, poloxamer 184, potassium phosphate, panthenol, polyaminopropyl biguanide, D & C Green N 6 (CI 61565), (FIL B4885/2).

Directions for Use: I use cotton to remove my make-up, you can also use wipes, take a generous dab of Gentle Eye & Lip make-up remover on the cotton or wipe. Place it on your eye are for a few seconds and hold to let the makeup dissolve. Wipe off any other traces of makeup. Don’t be harsh with your skin while removing make-up. Follow this with a face wash/cleansing lotion.

Packaging: It comes in a transparent plastic bottle which looks blue in colour due to the blue liquid inside. The cap is of silver-white colour which separates from the bottle for easy dispensing on your cotton or wipe. This bottle can be carried in bag.

My opinion about this Product: This remover seems to have aqua theme, which has a very nice eye soothing effect. This remover has two layers of liquid, the oil on the top layer which will help in delicately yet effectively removing waterproof make up and the bottom layer, which is a light liquid to leave your skin feeling fresh and clean. After using this remover, I feel that, this is so good that one swipe is enough to remove waterproof eye shadow, mascara & eyeliner. It’s equally effective in removing lip color without being harsh on your delicate lips.

What I like about this product….

1. Effective in removing make up.
2. Gentle on skin.
3. Easily available in markets.
4. Small quantity is required to remove heavy makeup.

What I do not like about this product….

1. Some may find it bit costly but for me it is reasonable price for such a good quality.
2. It has oils in it, so can cause pimple or acne problem.
