Hello Ladies!!!In this post I am going to review Lakmé Clean up Clear Pores Face Mask With Green Tea Extracts. Lakmé Clean-Up Kit claims to provide salon like effect, so let’s see how effective this face pack is.

Product claims: The dirt and excess oil on your skin tends to make it dull and lifeless. Wash your face with Lakmé Clean-up Clear Pores Face Wash and prep your skin for a deep cleansing experience. Enriched with green tea extracts to help soothe your skin, and salicylic acid to prevent breakouts and fight blemishes, this face wash cleanses all visible dirt and impurities, helps control excess oil, and makes your skin feel tingling fresh and matte smooth.

Direction of use:
· Squeeze out a coin-sized amount of the face wash on your palms and lather up.
· Gently massage your wet face for 30-60 seconds to give it time to dissolve dirt, makeup and oil.      Then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
· Use it at least twice daily for soft, clean and clear skin.
Packaging: This face pack comes in turquoise squeeze tube with a white screw cap. The tube has silver color fonts on it. The packaging is very sturdy and travel friendly. Overall I find the packaging very classy as well as attractive.

My opinion about product: The face pack is mint green in color and has a strong fragrance which may bother people with sensitive nose. I apply it after cleansing and scrubbing my face. For better result try to use Lakmé clean up pores face wash and scrub, otherwise you can also use whichever you have.

Apply an even layer of this face pack on your entire face and neck, don’t forget to keep slices of cucumber on your eyes and lay down like a potato couch. He he he.. Keep it for 20-25 minutes and then rinse it off. It is very easy to wash the face pack. After applying and washing this face pack, I found that it reduces oil and dirt without dragging out the moisture. It makes my skin smooth, soft and glowing. It also tightens my pores temporarily.

I like to pamper my skin with this face pack on weekends, after regular use I have noticed if you don’t use Lakmé clean up pores face wash and scrub then this face pack is not much effective. So you need to invest on them too. Over all it’s a decent face pack for oily- combination skin but not for dry skin people as it causes dying of skin post application.

What I like about this product….


1. Soaks all dirt and oil from face.
2. Spreads easily and is rinsed off easily too.
3. Economical.
4. Easy availability.
5. Tightens pores temporarily.
6. Makes skin soft and glowing.
7. Doesn’t break me out.

What I do not like about this product….

1. Contains paraben.
2. Smell may bother people with sensitive nose.
3. Not suitable for dry skin people.
