During my pregnancy I never did a research regarding baby products. So never took anything (baby products) in my hospital bag. When nurse asked me for the same, I was like “OMG!!! I missed that 🙀. So finally my husband bought few baby products from the chemist shop of the hospital. All products were from the Johnson brand. From that day I was using soap of this brand until one day it made my baby cry 😰. To know more please read my complete review.
Direction for use:Lather soap on your hand and then gently apply on baby’s skin. Rinse off. Dry and snuggle.
Packaging: This soap comes in a white colored cardboard box, which inscribes all the information required like weight, price, ingredients, shelf life etc. The actual product comes sealed in a clear plastic wrapper. When you tear the wrapper, you can smell the mild fragrance.
My opinion about the product: This soap is milky white in color and has a very refreshing fragrance. This soap lathers well and does cleansing job very efficiently. It’s doesn’t dry out my baby’s skin and neither causes any allergic reaction. My mom had a great faith on this brand as she has used it for us (me & my two brothers). Though now she feels like that quality of this brand has degraded now a days.
Still I used it for five months as never found anything to complain. Let me tell you I give my baby bath with extreme care and never allow foam to enter in his eyes. But unfortunately one day a very minute amount entered in my baby’ s eyes and he started crying like hell. To be honest initially I thought he is over reacting but later on I realized that I was so wrong. His left eye turned dark red. Though Brand never publicizes its “No Tear Formula in Baby Soap” like shampoo but I can also not take chances again and again. This was the reason I switched to Baby wash,which I felt was working good.
I try to stay away from Johnson's baby products for some unknown reason. Nicely reviewed Anjali 🙂
