Hello Everyone!!
Summer time, and definitely sunscreen is a major and must have product in everybody’s skin care regime. This time when one of friend went to Korea, got me this Innisfree sunscreen’s sample size pack. Innisfree is a Korean brand and has a wide range of beauty products. So, today’s review is on the Innisfree Extreme UV Protection Cream Lotion 100 Water Base SPF50+ PA+++ sunscreen.
Quantity: 50ml (actual bottle-the one in picture is a sample size product)
Price: Rs. 1310
Shelf Life: 24 months
Packaging: It comes in an orange tube kind of packaging. Packaging isn’t anything fancy; it is just as similar as any other face-wash or sunscreen packaging. Its travel friendly.
My opinion about the product: I was literally very excited to try this sunscreen. It has been quite a long time that I was bored with usage of my same old sunscreen and I wanted to try something new. I have heard a lot about this brand and its actually quite expensive, which actually added to my excitement. LOL!
But trust me, it was a TOTAL turnoff!! The sunscreen is very oily. Leaves a thick white patch on the skin after its application. Even the smell also isn’t soothing at all. I don’t know what actually has made this one so pricey! I totally didn’t like it at all. I mean of course when you have heard so much about a brand and then it is so costly, you will definitely have high expectations. But this one ruined everything.
I would never every suggest anyone to even try this sunscreen. I have a normal skin, and I felt it is too heavy and oily. No point in even trying this out.
My likes and dislikes regarding the product:
Likes:
- Travel friendly packaging.
- 100% natural (as claimed by the brand).
- SPF 50+ and PA+++.
Cons:
- Too much expensive.
- Too greasy and heavy on skin.
- Leaves a white patch on skin after its application.
- Unpleasant smell.
Thus, I would rate it 1.5/5.
