Hello Reader!
Generally in 6 month we start introducing semi solids to our baby. Basically in 6 month we get idea that what food can be given to our baby (as baby can be allergic to any specific food or ingredient). We always start with puree as the baby can easily eat & digest it. In this post I am sharing diet/food chart for a 6 month old baby.

1. Make sure that there should be no chunks in the puree as it can cause baby to choke.
2. Always feed him/ her between 11 Am to 2 PM, in case baby shows any sign of allergy then you can visit doctor asap.
3. If baby shows allergic reaction towards any specific food then stop giving it immediately.
4. Breast feed or formula should be given on demand.
