In winters my skin turns extremely dry, dark & dull so I was looking for a fairness cream which can help in moisturizing too. My search ended with Fair & Lovely Winter Fairness Cream. One thing surprises me about Fair & Lovely is that how come their each & every product claims to help in fairness. Anyways I still bought it as I wanted a cold cream with fairness effect (Not exactly fairness, at least helping me get my actual skin tone 🙂

Packaging: This cream comes in an outer carton, which contains a pretty tube of the moisturizer. The tube is blue in color and has a blue color screw cap. The nozzle is long and easy to take the product out of. All the ingredients of this fairness cream are mentioned on the outer packaging.
My opinion about the product: This cream has a decent consistency, it is neither too thick nor runny in nature. The cream is slightly pinkish in color and has a mild fruity fragrance. It gets absorbed into the skin with mild gentle massaging and doesn’t give ashy white cast. Once it settles down gives a matte finish with no shine or greasiness. So initially I was very happy with the product as it was turning out to be a paisa vasool product.
Alaas! My happiness vanished after sometimes as this cream gave me breakout. I searched for the reason and came to know that it contains comedogenic ingredients which clog the pores and lead to breakouts. So never ever going to use it again in my life. But if suits your skin then it can be an amazing option. However I feel like not for dry skin as the hydration that the dry skin needs is not adequate in this cream. Oily & normal skin types can find is efficient 🙂

- UV A & UV B defense.
- Absorbs into the skin easily.
What I do not like about this product….
- Contains comedogenic (acne-causing) ingredients like palmitic acid, Isopropyl myristate, Dimethicone, mineral oil, etc.
- Break me out.
