Last two years has majorly been more or less no lipstick year, isn’t it? With always the mask on, even though we had opted for liquid and transfer proof lipsticks, I’m sure most of us haven’t really catered to spend and collect lipsticks because of what scenario COVID-19 got us into. But then now that things are going back to almost near to normalcy and things are re-opening, I’m sure, many, like me have started collecting lipsticks again! Honestly, any-day I prefer non-liquid lipsticks over the liquid ones – maybe because I have extremely extremely dry lips! Hence, now that mask is not that indispensable, I got this Faces Canada Velvet Matte lipstick from their sale and hence the review. I have honestly never used lipstick from this brand, so wanted to give it a shot and trust me it’s a hit. Let me tell you how?
About the product: Though the name suggests its Matte lipstick, I feel its more of creamy nature – which undoubtedly is my favourite type. But then if you are the one who likes matte ones, this isn’t for you. I got the shade 19-Dramatic coral, which is a beautiful orangish red colour. This shade will look good with light makeup and preferably in the daytime.
Price: MRP is INR 599/- but then you get it at good discounts at times in various websites.
Packaging: It comes in a very classy golden cum black packaging which gives it a very royal look. Even the outer box cover is a golden box which looks classy as well!

What I don’t like about this product…
Basically this is not something I dislike, but contradictory to what the name suggests,
its got a creamy and non-matte texture
Not non-transfer proof
