Packaging: The serum comes in a sleek, frosted glass bottle with a sturdy dropper dispenser, giving it a luxurious and high-end feel. The amber-colored glass not only protects the serum from harmful UV rays but also adds a touch of elegance. The bottle is appealing with its orange color and is leakproof and travel-friendly. A card board box is there which hold the bottle safely. All the details are printed over the cardboard box as well as on the bottle. The minimalistic design, featuring the brand’s logo and product details, exudes simplicity and sophistication. Overall, the packaging of this serum is both aesthetically pleasing and functional.
My opinion about the product: It is a colorless serum and has a slightly citrusy fragrance due to the presence of fruit extracts. Those who are into fragrance-free products may find it bothersome, personally, I like slight fragrance in the product. The serum has a lightweight, non-greasy texture that absorbs quickly into the skin, making it suitable for all skin types.
The key ingredients, Vitamin C and Vitamin E, work synergistically to provide a multitude of skincare benefits. Vitamin C, known for its antioxidant properties, helps combat free radicals, reduce hyperpigmentation, and brighten the complexion. It also stimulates collagen production, promoting firmer and more youthful-looking skin. On the other hand, Vitamin E nourishes and moisturizes the skin, protecting it from environmental aggressors and promoting a healthier skin barrier.
I am using it for more than 20-25 days, twice in day (in morning and in night before going to the bed). Don’t expect any instant result, but with regular use you will notice a significant improvement in your skin’s texture, reduced appearance of dark spots and hyperpigmentation, and a more even skin tone. The serum also helps to minimize the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, resulting in smoother and plumper skin. It hydrated really well, you can also apply it before putting up makeup.
What sets the Dot & Key Vitamin C+E Face Serum apart from other similar products is its stable and potent formulation. The serum is formulated with a stable form of Vitamin C, ensuring maximum efficacy and longevity. I highly appreciate the product’s longevity, as a little goes a long way, and the serum remains effective until the last drop.
Furthermore, the serum is free from harmful chemicals like parabens, sulfates, and phthalates. It is also cruelty-free, which aligns with the brand’s commitment to ethical and sustainable practices. I have a sensitive skin and found this serum is gentle and non-irritating, making it suitable for those with even the most delicate skin.
