We all know about the benefits of oatmeal, a lot of you also prefer it for breakfast. I won’t like but I hate honest in my stomach (he he) but love them on my face 😉 In this post I am sharing a recipe for Oatmeal & Honey Scrub. This scrub incredibly easy to make and will not affect your pocket as these ingredients are easily available in your kitchen.
This is not my original recipe & I came to know about it from my friend. The texture of the oatmeal scrub is coarse but it left your skin soft and smooth afterwards. तो चलिए शुरू करते हैं बिना किसी देरी के 🙂
You will need:
- 1 1/2 cup Oatmeal
- 1/2 cup Coconut Oil (Organic)
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp Brown sugar
Step by step process:

In a blender/mixer grind the oats and place finely ground oatmeal in a bowl.

Now add brown sugar to oatmeal and mix.
- Pour coconut oil to the oatmeal & sugar and mix until well combined.
- You can use it or can also store it in an air tight container.
I prefer to make fresh scrub for myself 🙂 If you want you can also store it but not more than 3 or 4 days.
